Job Description
The Commercial Programs Associate will lead definition, development, and management of key commercial programs, including end customers and channel partners. The role is critical to the company commercial programs launch and on-going development and management. This role will be responsible for supporting channel growth by providing leadership, planning, execution and best practice approaches.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Bridge customer-facing programs with product management, marketing, services, support, technology and solution partners to create complete program solutions;
  • Develop cross-functional customer engagement model, including internal process flows and FAQ’s
  • Develop and maintain processes for sales channel programs. Establish clear value propositions for channel and partner ecosystem
  • Help define and monitor customer success & onboarding processes/activities
  • Ensure the best channel, customer and partner program experience with a focus on simplicity, ease of doing business, innovation, and community
  • Develop relevant metrics to track and monitor the performance of key commercial programs.
  • In conjunction with the sales team, ensure that partners and customers have the training and access to knowledge needed to enable and utilize Global solutions.
  • Continue to drive innovative ideas into programs.
  • Use your excellent communications skills to competently represent   Global in our ecosystem of customers and partners.
Job tasks
  • Primary tasks include: Driving commercial programs including planning process, involving key senior stakeholders in business development, Sales and Sales Management, and aligning with marketing plans where possible.
  • Creating a consolidated program plan/calendar to meet sales, revenue, and strategic objectives, taking into account sales priorities
  • In conjunctions with Product Marketing, Aligning Global campaigns, promotions and messaging (industry and competitive) to targeted industries, segments and accounts.
  • Programs include process design, workflow, systems business requirements, and key business components
  • Work with senior management to establish objectives for Commercial GTM Programs
  • Define, develop and launch Channel Commercial Program to optimize the success of identifying and closing sales opportunities
  • Develop and build the strategic and Channel Sales Programs with a strong orientation toward impacting new business
  • Work with relevant internal teams (Education and enablement, Product Marketing) to aggregate and make content available through appropriate delivery vehicles. Point person for channel communications.
  • Design commercial programs training and enablement programs tailored to local markets and use cases.
  • Define and assist in the development of required support materials for commercial programs
  • Measure and report success KPI’s of key programs
Professional qualifications
  • 3-5 years marketing and/or sales/account management experience
  • 3-5 years channel sales or channel program management experience, Marketing Experience a plus
  • Proven ability to implement action plans and meet goals
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Experience from Video Surveillance, IoT or other hardware device business within Enterprise segment
  • Proven B2B experience dealing with Cloud solutions with complex business needs.
  • Extensive experience in management consulting, business development, sales readiness, marketing or sales, in a high tech environment. A combination of these is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
  • Professional with strong planning and analytic skills. Project management expertise an advantage.
  • Strong skills and experience in running programmatic campaigns across multiple teams
  • Experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach to programs
  • Proactive, creative and innovative thinker. Must be able to generate consistently new ideas for driving and supporting divisional priorities through commercial programs.
